THE VIEW
Located only a block from the beach, this ocean facing, large corner unit with a lanai on the 29th floor has expansive views of the ocean and beach. As it is a corner unit there are extra windows which overlook and provide excellent views of Kapiolani Park and Diamond Head, not to mention the gorgeous sunrise and sunsets.
THE LOCATION
Conveniently located within a very short walking distance to, of course tha famous Waikiki beach, Kapiolani Park, Aloha Shell, Aquarium, Zoo, Outdoor movies on the beach, international Marketplace, Ali Wai Golf Course, and the "Rodeo Drive" of Waikiki, Kalakaua Avenue. Car rentals, a church, a supermarket, a multitude of restaurants, and shops are easily accessed. A bus stop is located in front of the resort which will take you locally or around the entire island of Oahu! All major attractions {Pearl Harbor, Huanama Bay, etc} can be accessed inexpensively by bus.
THE FEATURES
Our condo is impeccably clean and appointed with comfortable decorator furnishings. Full size kitchen with all the necessary utensils. There is a flat screen t v, DVD player, stereo with CD, phone and A/C. We provide all the necessities for your convenience, and also some extras for your pleasure, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, a boogie board, sand toys and even board games.
The resort is simply incredible, featuring a huge waterfall and koi pond in the lobby. The recreation deck features a large pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court, basketball court, snack bar, picnic/BBQ area, childrens playground and even a putting green! You will also find secured covered parking, a convenience store, a business center with computers, and a laundry room on every floor..
THE PRICE
At more than one half off the regular rack rate, we feel that this condo is a bargain!
