| Our Deluxe Ocean View Studios (440sf)
and the spacious 1 BR units (650sf)are fully furnished with kitchenette (studio) and full kitchens (1 BR)and include a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, electric cooktop, pots, pans and utensils. There is a private line phone with answering machine, VCR, and digital cable TV. Linens and towels are provided. All units have a large 9 X 12 foot lanai with fabulous view from these high floor condos of either Mountains, Ocean, City, Golf Course OR Diamond Head, Ocean, City, and Ala Wai Golf course.
The bus stops at the corner and can take you just about anywhere on the Island for $1.50. Famous Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shops, theaters, and entertainment are a short walk. All our condos have been upgraded and we take pride in our beautiful & cozy units. The building has a large pool/ sundeck/ spa/ laundry/ convenience store and auto rental agency. Public parking is available for $18.00 per day. Please note: All our units are non smoking units.

The spacious 1 Bedroom/1 Bath units sleep up to 4 people and they rent for $3400/month in the winter and $2400 - $2700 the rest of the year. Weekly: $1000. We have long term studio rates (6-12 mo.) starting at $1800/ month. The rates depend of the unit, the season and the length of stay. Please inquire. We will do our best to accommodate your budget.
